The reigning unanimous Canadian National Champion Senior Mare IMPRESSA MI  brought her best to Tulsa! Scoring an impressive 390 to finish first in the qualifying section for Four & Five Year Old Mares, IMPRESSA MI finished first on two of the five judges cards in the championship on Friday evening before taking home the prestigious title of United States National Reserve Champion Senior Mare for owners Joanne & Ram Gunabalan of JR's Dream Arabians. Performing brilliantly at the United States National Championships,  VANGELIS MI  & Glenn Schoukens finished a very respectable third as US National Top Ten Junior Stallion in the Championship Final on Friday evening in Tulsa. Our deepest appreciation to Andrew & Angela Sellman and the entire Argent Farms Team for the superb care, preparation and promotion given to VANGELIS MI each and every day. Good news from the Queensland show scene!  From Katherine Hopkins: Dark Knight has had another successful weekend at Top of the Range and Arabian Horse of the Year over the weekend. His results were Top 5 Gelding and Smartest on Parade at Hoty and 2nd Open Gelding, 1st Non Pro, Reserve Champion Gelding to Phantom and 2nd to Phantom in the Gala event. He's such a star! Big news for the Endurance world! Debby Pevy and GALAXY MI were awarded the Best Conditioned & Best Managed Horse at the 2016 Shahzada Memorial Endurance Ride in St. Albans NSW. This five-day 400km challenge is the epic ride of the endurance world, and one that requires supreme fitness, intelligent strategy and an extraordinary bond between horse and rider. To finish the Shahzada is a monumental success in and of itself.  Most incredibly, the seven year old GALAXY MI was purchased by Debbie in April 2015, and broken in a month later. Fast forward 15 months, and now both Debbie & GALAXY MI are the proud recipients of one of the endurance world's most prestigious honours.  GALAXY MI is a son of GLF APOLLO

Congratulations to Joanne & Ram Gunabalan, JR's Dream Arabians - USA, on their continued success with IMPRESSA MI.  Just this past week in Brandon, Manitoba, IMPRESSA was named Canadian National Champion Senior Mare by unanimous consent of all five judges, and in doing so, also earned the highest score from amongst all the females at the show.  This important win gives IMPRESSA MI her second National Championship, having been named Canadian National Champion Two Year Old Filly in 2013. Unanimous National Gold Champion Senior Mare KLASSICAL PRESENCE MI became the very first three-time successive Australian National Champion Filly/Mare with her decisive win. Team Halter and the Mulawa Community recently enjoyed a hugely successful weekend at the NSW State Titles. Mulawa-bred horses swept both the Champion & Reserve Champion titles in three of the four purebred breeding classes. The Junior Fillies were won by a sixth-generation Mulawa-bred female named FANTASIA MI. From the very first foal crop of Australian National Champion, as well as US & Canadian Reserve National Champion KAVALLE MI, FANTASIA is the first of her sire's foals to be shown. FANTASIA is also the first foal born to her glorious dam MI KLASSIC FANTASY, a former East Coast Champion & Australian National Reserve Champion, who is in turn a daughter of Living Legends KLASS & MUSTANG'S

Congratulations are once again in order to HRH Prince Khaled Bin Sultan Bin AbdulAziz Al Saud and Al Khalediah Stables. On Saturday, 13 June in Menton, France, at the prestigious Mediterranean and Arab Countries Championships, KLASSICAL DREAM MI won the highly competitive class for Mares 4-7 Years of Age for the second year in a row. DREAM returned to the ring on Sunday with Philippe Hosay at the lead to claim her most prestigious victory to date: Gold Champion Senior Mare. Competing against both the Junior Champion Mare and Yearling Champion Filly, KLASSICAL DREAM was named Best in Show amongst all the female entries. We are incredibly proud of all that DREAM has accomplished and continues to achieve on the world stage.
