VALENTINO'S ANGEL MI | Scottsdale Debut
Congratulations to VALENTINO'S ANGEL MI on her North American debut at Scottsdale! Finishing a strong third in the extremely competitive class for Three Year Old Fillies with Andrew Sellman at the lead, ANGEL finished first on Judge Shannon Amstrong's card. Only having recently arrived from Europe and having to compete with fillies much older and mature, ANGEL showed with remarkable poise and presence to earn Top Ten honours as the youngest filly in the class (11 September).
A former unanimous Australian National Champion, East Coast Champion & National Stud Show Champion in Australia, ANGEL created great buzz in her European debut at the All Nations Cup last September. Shown by Tom & Glenn Schoukens, ANGEL was not only awarded the highest score from amongst all the junior filly entries, she earned the title of Bronze Junior Champion Mare amongst the world elite.
VALENTINO'S ANGEL MI is proudly owned by HRH Prince Abdullah bin Fahad Al Saud of Al Mohamadia Stud - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Mulawa is honoured to have not only ANGEL in the care and custody of Al Mohamadia and Dr. Bruce McCrea, but also PRUSSIA MI, the sensation of the 2013 international show scene as Scottsdale, World Cup & Menton Supreme Gold Champion.
Mulawa is incredibly proud of the class of 2011/2012 - a foal crop that has produced four international champions. Amongst these are VALENTINO'S ANGEL MI & PRUSSIA MI, both owned by Al Mohamadia Stud, and the reigning Scottsdale champions IMPRESSA MI & KAVALLE MI, both owned by Joanne & Ram Gunabalan. We look forward to continued success for all of these special horses as they pursue further fame all over the world!
