Sydney CDI Success

Mulawa Team Performance is proud to report excellent results from the Sydney CDI! On the final day of competition on Saturday 03 May, Katharine Farrell and her German-import Arabian Warmblood gelding LUXOR 118 finished a credible 5th place in the Grand Prix Freestyle with a score of 68.225%. This was the debut performance for the pair in the Grand Prix Freestyle, and an impressive win for an 18-year old amateur rider on her Grand Prix horse. The pair also finished sixth in the Grand Prix competition one night earlier amidst the best competition on the continent.

The other Mulawa team of MI SIRTAINLY SIR & Kristian Akehurst finished atop the leader board in both the first and second rounds of the HHSA - NSW Young Horse Championships in the field of four year olds. In the final round during which each horse is ridden by the foreign expert guest rider, MI SIRTAINLY SIR narrowly finished in second place.
