SUMMERZAR IMAGERY - Farewell to a Friend

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of SUMMERZAR IMAGERY (Luden's Image x Dessys Image by Wimsey Abdul). "Image" was the victim of chronic founder at just 15 years of age.

IMAGE was, for many years, an outstanding campaigner on the Arabian and Open show circuits with Katharine Farrell in the irons. Together, the team of "Imi" and Kate were named multiple Australian Champion & NSW Interschool Champion, as well as twice Reserve Champion at the Young Riders Championships against competition from across the continent. In the four years that Kate & IMAGE competed together, they became one of the most successful Arabian Warmblood-Junior Rider combinations in Australia.

IMAGE proved to be an exceptional ambassador for the Arabian Warmblood, winning hearts and legions of fans wherever he competed. He was deeply loved by Katharine Farrell and the whole Farrell family, as well as the dedicated Mulawa Performance Team. His passing has been an immense loss for all who had the good fortune to know him.

Rest peacefully, dear friend. Whenever and wherever we see equine excellence, we will be reminded of you and smile. You will remain in our hearts forever...
