Attendance is NOT mandatory to submit a tender for any of the available mares/fillies. All Prospective Buyers interested in submitting a tender to purchase any horse available in Mulawa Opportunity Offer 2016 must register and complete a Tender Agreement. By lodging a Tender Agreement, the Registered Buyer agrees, in submitting a Tender for the Horse listed, to commit to purchasing said Horse for the submitted Purchase Price in the event the Tender Offer is formally accepted by Mulawa Arabian Stud.
- All Tender Offers MUST be received in writing, with corresponding signature and date stamp, prior to 8PM on Sunday 30 October 2016.
- Buyers will be notified of successful Tender Offers no later than 5PM on Monday 31 October 2016.
- Mulawa Arabian Stud reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tender Offers at their absolute discretion. The Tender Offer accepted may not in all instances be the highest price submitted.
- All submitted Tender Offers shall remain confidential.
