KAVALLE MI | US National Reserve Champion
Congratulations to Joanne & Ram Gunabalan and KAVALLE MI! At the United States National Championship in Tulsa, Oklahoma, KAVALLE earned the title of US National Reserve Champion Three Year Old Stallion amongst strong competition from around the world.
This win is the third successive victory for KAVALLE since his arrival in the US last December. In February, he was named unanimous Scottsdale Champion Three Year Old Stallion. This important victory was followed by another unanimous win as Region 10 Champion Stallion in June. Born in the Australian spring with an October 30th birthdate, KAVALLE has been competing throughout the season as a two year old against stallions nearly a full year older.
Sired by World Champion GAZAL AL SHAQAB, KAVALLE represents in every aspect the superior phenotype of his legendary sire. As a third-generation Mulawa-bred champion, KAVALLE is a member of the dam family of the beloved foundation mare KARMAA, esteemed as one of the best producing daughters of World Champion KABORR, and out of US Reserve National Champion AN MARIETA. Not only is KAVALLE's great-granddam an Aristocrat Dam of Distinction with eight champion produce to her credit, both his dam KARESS and granddam MULAWA KARA MIA MI have earned their place of prestige in the Mulawa breeding program as consistent sources of world-class quality foals. The first of the KAVALLE foals are now arriving at Mulawa. We are delighted with the results thus far.
