In an undefeated season of unprecedented success, VENICE MI has redefined the standard of excellence in the continental show ring. Not only was she honoured as Gold National Champion Yearling Filly by unanimous consent, VENICE more importantly achieved the ultimate honour of High Scoring Horse of the Show, a first for a yearling at the Australian National Championships.

An unstoppable force in the show ring with an undeniable charisma, an abundance of Arabian type & presence, extraordinarily enthusiastic tail carriage and a powerful, purposeful animated trot, VENICE has been named Champion Yearling Filly in all three show ring appearances of the last season: at the National Stud Show under American judge Corky Sutton in November, at the East Coast Championships under Russian-Italian judge Irina Stigler in February, and most recently, at the Australian National Championships in March under a distinguished international panel of experts comprised of Shannon Armstrong (USA), Lorne Robertson (Canada), Sheila Jones (Australia) & Jayne Bellchambers (Australia).

Descending from a family of champions, VENICE MI is the third successive Australian National Champion out of VALENTINE MI, an invaluable daughter of the late great DA VALENTINO and out of international Aristocrat Dam HL INFACTUATION. Purchased as an embryo from Michele Pfiefer with the assistance of David Boggs, VALENTINE MI has blessed the Mulawa program with four exceptional foals to date by ALLEGIANCE MI. The eldest three - ADVANTAGE MI, VENECIA MI & VENICE MI - have all achieved the title of Australian National Champion, a first for any dam in Australia.
