Congratulations to Mulawa Performance on the outstanding results achieved at the 2017 Sydney CDI this weekend.  Katharine Farrell & LUXOR 118 , after a few months off recovering from an injury, have finished the prestigious competition with an undefeated record. On Thursday, the pair scored 69.04 from the international panel to win the Mulawa Performance FEI CDI-U25 Intermediate II. The following day, LUXOR & Kate scored a 68.744 to win the Mulawa Performance FEI CDI-U25 Grand Prix. Team Mulawa was once again on hand for the Australasian Breeders Cup held in conjunction with Sydney's Equifest. Exhibiting under the distinguished pair of international judges & breeders - Murray Popplewell of Rae-Dawn Arabians (Canada) & Rhodri Jones  (Wales) - as well under the experienced eye of well-known horseman & judge Doug Rutherford from Queensland, three Mulawa superstars were awarded top honours at the event.    Highest Scoring Horse of the Show was ROMANCE MI  with 334.5 points and a very impressive and internationally competitive 92.9%. Congratulations to HE Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohamed Al Thani of Al Zobair Stud! On her first outing under Al Zobair ownership on home turf in the United Arab Emirates, KLASSICAL DEVOTION MI  won her the class for Four Year Old Mares and finished the day as highest scoring female of the Ajman Show.
