MAGNUM FORTY FOUR | National Championships Leading Sire

The 2015 Australian National Championships proved once again a very successful event for the descendants of MAGNUM FORTY FOUR. In both the halter and performance rings, three generations of MAGNUM FORTY FOUR get earned over 45 National Championship titles at Australia's most prestigious event.

The major winners for MAGNUM FORTY FOUR in ther halter arena were Junior National Champions KLASSICAL PRESENCE MI & ADVANTAGE MI. KLASSICAL PRESENCE is the best produce of PARADA, MAGNUM FORTY FOUR's most accomplished daughter in the show ring as twice Australian Champion. Like her dam, KLASSICAL PRESENCE is likewise a dual National Australian Champion, by becoming the first mare in the history of the event to win the Junior Filly Championship in consecutive years. ADVANTAGE MI is the first Australian National Champion for the MAGNUM FORTY FOUR son ALLEGIANCE MI, Mulawa chief sire and one of the most promising young sires on the continent.

The reigning Australian Champion Stallion MAXIMILLIANO can also claim a MAGNUM FORTY FOUR link via his dam: Australia's leading young Aristocrat Dam MUSTANG'S MAGNUM. With his most recent win, MAXIMILLIANO became the first stallion in Australian history to win all three colt/stallion titles at the National Championship Show. Another of MAGNUM FORTY FOUR's big winners in-hand was TRUST MI, who earned two Reserve National Championships as a Junior Colt, behind ADVANTAGE MI, and as a Junior Male Exhibited by an Amateur Owner. MAGNUM FORTY FOUR was also present in the pedigree of all three National Champion Geldings: as the grandsire of Yearling & Junior National Champions KANE MI & BALMORAL MI, respectively, and the sire of Senior Champion ATUNED MI, as well as Junior Reserve National Champion BRANDO MI.

In the performance arena, the MAGNUM FORTY FOUR get dominated the competition in every division. The "44" grandson, FAMES PHANTOM MI, another son of the celebrated MUSTANG'S MAGNUM, earned his second consecutive National Championship as Arabian gelding Under Saddle. FAMES PHANTOM was also sashed as Australian National Champion Arabian Show Hunter Gelding. In the Arabian Stallion division, the 44 son ARTISTRY earned two Reserve National Championhips as Arabian Stallion Under Saddle and Arabian Show Hunter Stallion. The MAGNUM FORTY FOUR geldings continue to rule the Dressage, Youth & Non-Pro divisions, with RAPID FIRE, HIGH CALIBRE, ACES WILD & FALZON FOUR CLAIM leading the way for their proud owners and enthusiastic riders.

MAGNUM FORTY FOUR already holds the record as the most accomplished sire of Australian National Champion winners, having earned the Leading Sire award at the Australian National Championships an unprecedented four times. Within the Mulawa breeding program, the daughters of 44 are regarded as the most valuable and best producing broodmares of the current generation. Continuing his sire's legacy as Mulawa chief sire, ALLEGIANCE MI continues to raise the level of excellence with each successive foal crop. Year after year, the profound influence of MAGNUM FORTY FOUR continues to positively impact the Arabian horse not only throughout Australia, but increasingly so around the world. We are forever grateful to have had the opportunity to share in the life and the legacy of this unforgettable stallion.
